Your dress
rehearsal
starts here.
The Main Event is four weeks away. You've been training. You've put in the work. Now it's time to find out what's working, and what still needs your attention.
Arena Sim Series #2 is your dress rehearsal. A fully set-up HYROX-style simulation with professional timing, but without the pressure of station judges, placings or competition.
This is your chance to test your race plan. Test your pacing. Test your transitions. Test your training. And leave knowing exactly what you want to work on in those final weeks.
You'll move through the HYROX-style workout stations in the same order you'll experience at our Main Event.
| Station | Distance / reps | Open | Scaled |
|---|---|---|---|
| SkiErg | 1,000 m | – | – |
| Sled Push | 50 m | 152 kg | 102 kg |
| Sled Pull | 50 m | 103 kg | 78 kg |
| Burpee Broad Jumps | 80 m | – | – |
| Row | 1,000 m | – | – |
| Farmer's Carry | 200 m | 2 × 24 kg | 2 × 16 kg |
| Sandbag Lunges | 100 m | 20 kg | 10 kg |
| Wall Balls | 100 reps | 9 kg | 6 kg |
Distances and loads are based on the planned Main Event format. Loads may be scaled where required because of a mobility limitation.
But you won't have station judges.
Enter Solo or Doubles, with Half and Full Simulation options available.
Perfect if Half Sim is your Main Event goal, or if you're still building towards the full distance.
This is where your preparation gets real. Use the Full Sim to test how your body handles the complete format and identify the final adjustments you want to make before March.
Racing Doubles in March? Bring your partner. Work on how you divide the stations, when you change over, where your strengths complement each other and how you communicate when you're both under fatigue. This is the time to figure it out.
If you're planning to enter the Main Event Scaled Division, this is an ideal opportunity to test your scaling before Event Weekend.
Movements or loads can be modified where required because of a mobility limitation.
This is where you find out whether the work you've been doing is working. And if something still isn't where you want it? Good. You still have time to work on it.
You don't need a previous result to enter. February can be your first simulation. It can be your first benchmark.
It can even be the day you decide: “Yep. I'm entering the Main Event.”
That's exactly what these events are for.
Think of it as your dress rehearsal. Try your race shoes. Test your pacing. Work out your station strategy. Learn where you can push and where you need to hold back. Then use what you learn.
Your first professionally timed simulation.
Your dress rehearsal, four weeks out.
Station judges, competition, atmosphere, placings.
The Main Event adds the full race experience: station judges, competition, atmosphere, placings and the pressure that comes with putting your training to the test. February is where you prepare for it.
Choose Half or Full Simulation, Solo or Doubles, get professionally timed and use your result to make those final training adjustments before March. Places are limited by wave capacity, so early registration is recommended.
Come because sometimes the best way to know whether you're ready… is to give it a go.
