Own a station.
Eight workout stations. Each one carrying a single brand, on every race day, for the whole season.
One brand per station. Eight partners, and no more.
Perimeter signage at most events is something people jog past. A HYROX-style station is different. Every athlete in the field arrives at every station, works there under load, and recovers there before the next run leg. Your boards are what they are looking at while it hurts, and what the crowd is looking at while they watch.
Finish-line photography is one frame per athlete. Station photography is hundreds: every athlete, every wave, three days. Whatever gets shot at your station carries your board in the background, and that footage runs through our social channels for the rest of the season.
Spectators watch from the mezzanine, looking down over the whole arena floor. From up there your station is in view for the length of the session, not for the few seconds it takes an athlete to run past, and the boards are read from above, where nothing stands in front of them.
Each station is a marked-out area of the floor, and the boards around it carry a single name. They sit where the sightlines are: behind the equipment, in the eyeline of the cameras and the mezzanine above. You take the station, not a panel on a shared run of signage.
Station footprints and the exact number of boards are being set against the Rodney Green Arenas floor plan, and vary by station. Your pack will confirm both in writing before anything is signed.
Sled Push and Sled Pull run as multi-lane beds, so they take the largest footprints on the floor. Wall Balls is the last station before the finish, so it holds the most spectator attention.
Tell us which one, and we hold it while we talk.
We lay it out to the board template and send you a proof of the whole station.
Production, delivery and set-up on every race day are ours, not yours.
Photography and video from your station, yours to use.
Partnership runs across the whole season: both Arena Sim Series events and the three-day Arena Race in March. Pricing depends on the station and the level of activation, so the quickest way in is a conversation.
Tell us which station you want and we'll send you the pack.
Rodney Green Arenas is operated by RISEC Trust. The Arena Sim Series and Arena Race – The Main Event are independently organised and are not official HYROX races.
